Context
Dell's enterprise sustainability program needed a modernized reporting platform to handle expanding regulatory disclosure requirements across global operations. The product owner role sat between compliance stakeholders, data engineering, and the executive sustainability team.
The program ended in April 2023 as part of Dell's broader workforce reduction that quarter.
What I did
- Led product management for the ESG sustainability reporting platform.
- Translated regulatory disclosure requirements into a product backlog spanning data ingestion, validation, and reporting surfaces.
- Aligned engineering priorities with evolving regulatory timelines and internal stakeholder review cycles.
- Ran the cross-functional rhythm across compliance, data engineering, and sustainability-program stakeholders.
